Salesforce, a leading provider of AI CRM solutions, has partnered with the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), the largest integrated healthcare system in the United States, to introduce a new agentic operating system aimed at simplifying incident response and enhancing care for Veterans across over 150 Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) medical and outpatient centers.
