Under the Lane 2 framework, SpaceX functions as the Requirement 1 provider, expected to receive around 60% of the missions—approximately 28 in total. ULA serves as the Requirement 2 provider, with about 19 missions anticipated. Blue Origin, as the Requirement 3 provider, is eligible for up to seven missions.
