Winning Big in Gran Turismo 7
There are numerous ways for players to get involved in the World Series in Gran Turismo 7. By clicking on the Predict the Winners campaign banner on the GT7 World Map, players can win one million credits for each of the Nations Cup and the Manufacturers Cup with votes cast right up to the start of the final race of each.
Moreover, simply watching the broadcast in-game will unlock special iconic Japanese race cars through the Viewers Gift campaign. Players who watch the Manufacturers Cup will receive the Mazda 787B, while those who watch the Nations Cup will unlock the Xanavi Nismo GT-R (GT500) ’08.
Players can also participate in two special challenges in Gran Turismo 7 that mirror the car and track combinations from the event in Tokyo. The Manufacturers Cup race saw Igor Fraga drive a flawless race for Team Lexus at the Autódromo de Interlagos. The Brazilian racer outpaced Italy’s Valerio Gallo (Team Honda) and Japan’s Takuma Sasaki (Team Porsche).
In the Nations Cup, Japanese driver Takuma Miyazono, the 2020 Nations Cup Champion, demonstrated exceptional speed and strategic prowess at the Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta circuit, securing a win by less than a second from Spaniards Jose Serrano and Coque López.

The Manufacturers Cup field was filled with some of the biggest names in competitive Gran Turismo racing. After a gripping race with challenging weather conditions on Gran Turismo’s Dragon Trail Seaside circuit, a World Series rookie emerged victorious. Mohamed Buhdeima, a 20-year-old Briton, secured an impressive win for Team Ferrari, narrowly beating Team Porsche’s Benjamin Hencsei from Hungary by just 0.092 seconds. France’s Thomas Labouteley (Team BMW) completed the podium.
Team Porsche now leads the series with 9 points heading into Tokyo, followed by Team Lexus with 7 points, and Team Ferrari in third place thanks to Buhdeima’s stellar performance in Prague.
In the Nations Cup, Valerio Gallo, the 2021 Nations Cup Champion, achieved an emotional victory at the Red Bull Ring in a spectacular Grand Final. Gallo edged out France’s Kylian Drumont, while Spain’s Coque López delivered an incredible drive from the back of the grid to claim 3rd place.
The results place 2022 and 2023 champion López at the top of the Nations Cup standings with 8 points. Gallo’s win moves him to second with 7 points, and Takuma Miyazono is in third with 6 points, despite not scoring in Prague.
