User complaints about Apple haven’t been answered by the company yet. They have been made on its Support Community forums and Reddit. Then, a report from MyDrivers said that a Weibo post from an Apple customer service representative said that the Apple company is aware of the problem.

The report says that a customer service representative told the user to back up their data and update all of their apps to make sure that the problem isn’t caused by an incompatibility between an app version and the iOS build. 

Because of a software bug, it looks like the error was caused rather than a problem with the hardware, In China, Apple posted a statement on the social media site Weibo, which was then shared by the tech site My drivers. 

The problem was mostly, but not exclusively, in China and affected people who used the iPhone 13 series. Several people have talked about it in Apple forums and Reddit.
