In the past, we’ve found these things to be helpful when we’ve had slow Wi-Fi speeds or lost connections:
First, you’ll want to check out the Wi-Fi connection that’s causing your iPhone 13 to have problems. Restart your router if you’re on your home Wi-Fi network to see if that helps.
